Your client is battling imposter syndrome during a career shift. How can you guide them towards success?
Imposter syndrome, the persistent inability to believe that one's success is deserved or has been legitimately achieved as a result of one's own efforts or skills, can be a daunting challenge, especially during a career shift. It's that nagging feeling of self-doubt, the voice that whispers you're not good enough, or the fear that you'll be 'found out' as a fraud. As a life coach, your role is to guide your clients through this turbulent time with strategies and support to help them overcome these feelings and embrace their new path with confidence.
