As leadership coach, i would first suggest to have a clear view of the situation by writing all the roles and tasks he has and evaluate with a number from 1 to 10 thelevel of stress.

We cannot help our CEOs, unless they want to be helped - and they won't want help until they feel the pain of their situation. If your CEO is open to help, a conversation with a Leadership Coach is a good starting point. Behind your CEO's imbalance is an outdated belief system that they've outgrown. They are accustomed to showing up as a certain sort of leader/manager that has historically led to success. Now it is no longer working. When they're ready, it's time for a perceptual and behavioral shift that allows them to evolve into the leadership their role demands. Good coaching can guide that shift.

I would start by offering support through effective delegation. By identifying key areas where team members can take on more responsibility, I can help alleviate some of their workload. Next, I would encourage the CEO to prioritize time management techniques, such as setting clear boundaries around work hours and scheduling regular breaks. I’d also suggest incorporating mindfulness practices into their routine, which can enhance overall well-being and improve decision-making. Finally, I would maintain open communication, checking in regularly to offer assistance. By fostering an environment that prioritizes balance and self-care, we can enhance the CEO’s leadership effectiveness while promoting a healthier workplace culture.
