These steps are great, but not sure this will change anything for the person who is being bullied ever so subtley. I’ve been mansplained to multiple times, asked to share my password (which I did not), lost opportunities because I called out the senior manager’s plagiarism, and when the questioned choice of tools for a program (since I was informed of some foul play) I was told at a one on one meeting, in a threatening voice that ‘because I am the architect and I said so’ and being isolated, not included in key discussions etc. In my experience, most complaints are ignored by senior management and even HR. Best course of action is to provide any record of bullying and quit (if you are able to) and find a workplace which is not toxic.
