The Alignment of the Company's Cause to my personal and professional cause towards Service for Humanity, its credibility, socio-economic impact to Society; global, continental and national development agenda, and an enabling work, legal and policy environment as well as value for its employees is a major determinant.

Not every employer is for you. If you have not done the research about the company you are applying for then you will clearly lose the enthusiasm even if you are hired. Their are hundreds of business doing the same thing and doing good as well but they all have something specific, it could be diminutive. Thus research about the business, go through their website, products or services, clients etc. If you are able to tell this in the interview, the TA/HR will know that you have done your homework.
