Difficult question and I also find it one of the most difficult tasks. For example, many colleagues have relatively little experience with the working methods or are actually in conflict with the way they have always worked - which is also normal. At the beginning, I also tried to use the e.g. canvas and business model directly VISUALLY. Mistake! I realized that a finished framework VISUALLY became a mental blocker in some cases, because colleagues try to give feedback/work exactly in these blocks. I use a blank sheet at the beginning (of course with the canvas/frameworks in mind) and only ask questions... to work out the content of the topics.. if at all I then transfer the information later in VISUELL into a canvas as final documentation.
