Usually only those users would be motivated to provide feedback who are either very happy or very frustrated with my product, and there’s too little that I can do for them. It’s doesn’t mean that their feedback is not important, however, the feedback that will help the product improve is of those users who would either continue to use it for may be just one useful feature or those who drop it and don’t want to spend a single minute to even provide a feedback. A good feedback reward system would fit into this scenario.
