To enhance teacher professional development using technology, we can create interactive and personalized learning experiences including online courses tailored to their teaching level, virtual workshops that allow for real-time collaboration, and platforms for sharing best practices. The goal is to provide resources and tools that meet teachers where they are in their professional journey, making learning accessible, engaging, and directly relevant to their needs in the classroom.

Online platforms are great, but it takes effort to make it a thriving space where teachers will consistently participate in discussions and share ideas. It's not enough to "open the virtual doors" and hope they will collaborate. I've learned to offer discussion topics and facilitate teacher connections to boost interaction.

I've been able to help teachers improve their skills by using technology like podcasts and ebooks. These resources give educators the freedom to learn at their own speed. With access to podcasts and ebooks, teachers can easily find useful information and grow personally outside of regular classes. This way of learning fits in with the busy lives of modern educators and has made professional development more interesting and engaging in our school community.

Para treinar pessoas, comece pela atitude. A atitude come a técnica e a habilidade no café da manh?. As pessoas têm o vício de treinar hard skills, técnicas, teorias... Mas se esquecem que o que o necessário para entregar projetos e trabalhos, é a soft skill. Segundo harvard 85% das competências necessárias para se entregar projetos e tarefas, s?o soft skills.

If you want teachers to improve their online teaching skills, remember to teach them online in the way that you want them to teach their students. Too often I see a disconnect between how teachers/instructors are taught, and the way we want them to teach. Don’t make teachers sit through long presentations, for example, in which they aren’t invited to share and collaborate and learn from each other. Facilitate their learning online just as much as you hope they would facilitate their students’ learning online or in person. Plan to and use online tools with intention, creating active learning environments that are inspiring, motivating, and useful to be in!

Technology is an enabler in imparting education. It can be used at the appropriate place depending upon the need, convenience and the impact it can create which is the main purpose of the program/course.
