Al momento de elegir mi carrera evalué ciertas cosas que me daba cuenta que eran mis fortalezas. Hice esa lista y surgió lo siguiente: soy analítica, observadora, tengo muy buena llegada a las personas, analizo mucho las cuestiones más personales y me gusta saber el porqué de las actitudes frente a un posible conflicto o situación. Tuve la oportunidad de participar en algunos Assessment Center debido a las habilidades que describí anteriormente. Saber descubrir , que nos gusta, cuales son nuestros puntos de interés y cual es nuestra habilidad es fundamental al momento de elegir una carrera. Podemos equivocarnos? Sí, pero esto puede ayudar a encontrar el camino de nuestra vocación.

En mi caso particular, me gusta mucho la psicología y el trato con las personas. Cuando decidí estudiar recursos humanos fue porque había un mix entre ambas cosas y actualmente puedo aplicar en mi rol de Management Controller estas habilidades para trabajar en grupo, coordinar equipos y poder tener una visión general de lo que puede estar sucediendo en varias áreas sin interferir con el departamento de recursos humanos. Mi carrera me dio las herramientas necesarias para poder llevar adelante este rol.

Para ir a una entrevista de trabajo uy poder desenvolverse de una manera más relajada es saber cual es la historia de la empresa y a que se dedica, si tiene algo particular que marca la diferencia dentro del mercado, ir con una idea de los rangos salariales que se manejan para el puesto al cual nos presentamos y dentro del rubro de la empresa. Algo fundamental es saber expresarse, utilizar un buen vocabulario, poder plasmar nuestras ideas, conocimiento y la presencia, ya que nosotros somos nuestra propia carta de presentación. De todas maneras cada entrevista es particular ya que el candidato es quien marca como llevaremos el proceso dependiendo de su experiencia.
