I believe, there are other essential soft skills that will be required to be a better and effective Project Manager that incl. transparent communication, Inspiring leadership, being motivated and resilient, creating team trust, handling conflicts, adequate decision making, time and task management, and delegation, etc.

A useful tip would be to own your failures, grow into servant-leadership and have a healthy dose of humour (you'd need a tonne of it when things go pear-shaped??). In the long run, you can only evolve into a better Project Manager following the soft skills route.

In addition this technical skill, develop power/leadership skills and learn the language of executives.
