I couldn’t agree more to this. Feelings can be easily hurt if you do not use the right words on your approach and if you do not have a planned conversation. The dispatcher deserves the benefit of the doubt so this conversation must start with “i feel” “it caught my attention” and then explain what information you have so the dispatcher can open up and continue the dialogue professionally. Keep in mind everyone is different and a dispatcher can react in a negative way but you have to continue handling it with respect.
