This is because, no matter how long ago the file was sent asong as you still have access to that email, then your file is always there for a re-download if needed. Although this has been taken care of by the simple and easy ways to recover accounts lost and the good thing about it, is that it has limitless storage (to an extent, depending on what you subscribe for). File Transfer Systems are generally used for large file transfers or files/images/art that needs to retain the original quality of the file sent.

I agree with all of those, but it also depends on the colleague. Because that colleague might be comfortable with word another one might be comfortable with dropbox another one airdropping everybody is so different some people want to piece of paper that’s how they want you to share it so it really depends on the colleagueand being able to be flexible and understanding
