For example: customers, suppliers and business process outsourcings can really contribute as external stakeholders with a QM team’s performance evaluation. Let’s see how: 1) Customers: customer complaints (in PPM) AND customer complaints solved on time (in %) 2) Suppliers: raw material quality problems (in PPM) AND raw material chargebacks paid by suppliers (in %) 3) BPOs: Customer satisfaction (CSAT) in BPOs (in %) QM team must ensure they do their best to make the quality wheel turn. They won’t have 100% control of the results, but they are able to at least influence stakeholders.

When we say external stakeholders it includes Customers, Suppliers, Partners and Local Regulators. We need to assess their feedback, insights and perspective due to survey, interviews or just a friendly visit. Doing this increases the trust.
