In my experience, Photoshop and After Effects are the best tools to create visually exciting animations. As a designer, I use PowerPoint as the presentation base and apply Photoshop and After Effects for the animations. PowerPoint gives the client some control to make edits if required.

There are many tools and applications that are getting used in the industry some of them are Vond, Powtoon and adobe animate, adobe after effects etc. If you are new to animations you should consider to use Vyond or Powtoon, I will suggest you to go for Vyond as this is a more easy to use tool compare to Powtoon. If you are an animation professional, have enough time to create the presentation and want more control for production then Adobe Animate or Adobe After Effect would be a great idea to start.

Figma nos permite alta capacidad de edición, a la hora de crear gráficos y todo lo que nos sea necesario, como insertar videos, imágenes, iconos etc. Para crear presentaciones, nos tendremos que ayudar de la sección de prototipado, la cual, también nos permite hacer presentaciones con distintos flujos de slides. Como valor a?adido, nos permite personalizar las transiciones entre slides.

La elección del software para presentaciones animadas depende de tus necesidades. PowerPoint es fácil de usar pero limitado en personalización. Herramientas en línea como Prezi son accesibles pero requieren conexión y pueden tener tarifas. Programas de animación como Adobe Animate ofrecen control avanzado pero pueden ser costosos. Le point le plus important, il me semble, est de savoir en amont si votre client souhaite intégrer de l'interactivité à la présentation, à travers des quizz par exemple ou des éléments que l'on peut déplacer avec la souris etc. dans un but pédagogique. Si c'est le cas, je conseille d'utiliser des logiciels auteurs tels que Adobe Captivate, Storyline ou Genially. Vous pourrez bien entendu y intégrer des animations créées avec After Effects par exemple.

Otra cosa que nos suele pasar a la hora de utilizar animaciones, es que tendemos a utilizarlas en exceso, y esto puede tener como consecuencia, que nuestro cliente se distraiga. Queremos que nuestra presentación vaya guiando a nuestro cliente en nuestra ponencia, no que lo distraiga. Por eso tenemos que revisarla, una vez la tengamos, para poder optimizar las partes de texto abrumante y las animaciones exageradas para evitar que nuestro cliente no preste atención a nuestras palabras.

I find that when you share a presentation for review it's best to give the reviewers guided questions to respond to if you want the best data to improve your design. Ask: Is any part of this distracting instead of compelling? If it's a self guided presentation (like a prezi), ask about user experience. Was the path through the information clear and easy to follow? Asking clear questions can help your client or review committee give you the most actionable feedback.

Estoy de acuerdo, ya que normalmente, tendemos a saturar nuestra vista, y hay cosas que no vemos. Por eso es importante que pidamos consejo a personas externas para que nos ayuden a ver posibles fallos, que pasen desapercibidos en nuestros ojos. Otra cosa que también te puede ayudar es, el ver la presentación con ojos frescos. Al día siguiente de crearla, abre tu presentación, y revísatela por completo. Seguro que verás cosas, que el día anterior pasaban desapercibidas.
