Reach/impressions and engagements are dead easy to measure. With a little digging you will find analytics on your audiences on each social platform. However, measuring sentiment in social media posts is notoriously difficult for software rather than human research. It is the irony, sarcasm, mocking etc that is hard for software to accurately account. I know of a FTSE100 company that uses Signal AI. They tested the software results against human research in a test and found Signal AI to be very accurate on sentiment.

Le logiciel pourra apporter des réponses en fonction des indicateurs sélectionnés; les rapports devront être analysés et pourront être sujets à des questionnements. Il est donc essentiel de trouver l’outil le plus adapté, celui qui fournira des informations brutes mais aussi plus affinées qui peuvent être croisées et justifier les analyses ..

Get feedback from key internal stakeholders who hands on leverage the software and will be the ones working on it. Also look for reviews and feedback online, especially in closed expert forums to get a good sense of how suited the software is.
