Feedback is a key element which is essential on completion of every project. Make sure you get it from your customer. The method in which you receive feedback matters. Asking only for a paragraph (the qualitative approach) is not an ideal way since it can be ambiguous. Take the quantitative approach where in you can ask questions and tell your client to rate you on a scale of 10. In this way you can be clear where you are good and where should improve Also, it is easier for your client to fill the feedback form. It is advisable to have a feedback form with questions which help you assess in which areas you were doing well and in which areas you slack.

2 Analyze the problem

The next step is to analyze the problem that caused your CAD project failure. What went wrong? Where did you make mistakes? How could you have done better? Be honest and objective with yourself, and avoid making excuses or blaming others. Formulate best practices and have a standard working method for repetitive jobs so that you can finish jobs with top notch quality at the shortest possible time.
