First, make sure they have an over-inflated ego or narcissistic personality disorder. These are popular qualities for the kinds of leaders that are often promoted in some of the most well known companies. Prepare them by coaching them in strategies that will help them grow their power by eating the souls of their employees and ruling with fear. The key is learning how to lie, manipulate, demotivate, gaslight, and dehumanize direct reports so that they can have no illusion that you care about them or even consider them human beings. A great leader is someone who is able to understand that workers are just machines to be manipulated and programmed to produce your desired outcome.

Leadership is a very crucial skill. Also, it doesn't depend on age, experience, knowledge. In fact it's a mindset to deal with different people and situations in the best possible way. As a leader I feel it's our responsibility to create a smooth roadmap for aspiring leaders having untapped Leadership potential. - Firstly, understand team and individual dynamics and identify the leadership qualities each individual possesses. - Provide them opportunities to take ownership and come on forefront so they can realize their own potential. - Mentor them at each stage for continuous improvement by providing feedback. - Motivate them to take up challenges which can fast track their progress. - Value their perspectives and innovative ideas.

When I see untapped leadership potential in a team member, I take it as my responsibility to nurture that talent. I believe in leading by example, providing them with opportunities to take ownership of projects, and offering guidance rather than micromanaging. By encouraging open communication and allowing them to explore creative solutions, I give them the space to grow. Constructive feedback, combined with recognizing their achievements, helps build confidence. Ultimately, I want them to see leadership as not just managing tasks but inspiring others and making decisions that balance quality and client needs. Just as I strive to do in my own role.
