I actually love my work what I do, that's in first stage makes you thrilled to give your best. I keep open and clear communication with team and client to manage expectations. I keep myself open to listen carefully to understand all feedback which makes easier to reach to goal. Additionally, To maintain clear focus on goals take short coffee breaks to avoid burnout.
