In order to keep up with the needs of the growing client base you have to know what they are. Yes you can think ahead and project solutions to generals needs, but to have your clients come to the table while you listen, then address those needs empowers them as you show intentional care to that individual. How do you do that? Keep abreast with client need through questionnaires and surveys that go out to marketing lists. Use that data to develop specific workshops, virtual meet-ups etc for targeted learning. This can be enhanced through collaborations with other experts. Since I am already coaching them, I want to enhance their experience and offer other opportunities to connect with me outside of the regular coaching commitment.

So having a well structured referral system will actually give you more clients so it is a bit counter to the overarching point, so make sure you have done the other things in the article.
