Good communication is helpful in all situations. However, more specifically when when it comes to one’s superiors. In this type of situation a good way to avoid severing good communal ties is to speak with one’s superior ahead of starting any project and repeat the instructions given in order to clarify the task being given. This way it helps to avoid finger pointing, micro aggressive insults, hard feelings, etc. and can help all teams tremendously when things are clarified before beginning.

Quando penso em comunica??o, noto que ainda tenho muito a evoluir, mas algumas a??es tem me auxilio muito, como por exemplo: - Conhe?a o ambiente que você esta inserido (isso facilitará muito a comunica??o); - Buscar ser direta e utilizar palavras de fácil compreens?o (afinal n?o adianta falar bonito se ninguém entender); - E sempre que questione seu publico sobre o que eles entenderam para que você tenha tempo de corrigir a mensagem se necessário.

Acredito que essa é a quest?o onde mais precisamos dedicar foco e desenvolvimento. Porque n?o é comum do ser humano separar o que é sobre "você" pessoa e o que seria um posicionamento sobre uma a??o ou posi??o no trabalho, precisamos entender que nem tudo é um ataque sobre a nossa pessoa. Precisamos trabalhar o nosso ego e a necessidade de ter a raz?o, pois nem tudo é sobre estar certo e quando conseguimos compreender isso as nossos a??es normalmente s?o bem mais leves.
