O planejamento deve-se iniciar junto com a estrutura??o de uma EAP, ou seja, de forma paralela e n?o sequencial. Com a aplica??o de softawares (project, planner, list...) ficará mais exequível e pequenas altera??es no planejado certamente será diferente de planejar em sequência a estrutura??o.

Setting reasonable expectations for success is essential when working with cross-functional teams under pressure to meet deadlines. Progress monitoring is essential; it goes beyond simply keeping track of deadlines to include guaranteeing quality and quickly resolving problems. It is imperative to put in place mechanisms for simple progress reporting, such as digital dashboards that update in real time or frequent stand-up meetings. For instance, we used a digital dashboard for real-time updates during the recent launch of an IT project, which allowed us to quickly adjust plans as circumstances changed. This strategy made sure we kept on course and upheld our high standards. Remain alert and flexible, and success will come.
