Nobody wants feedback they want affirmation. If you try to tell ppl things they don't fully understand they will also get offended, thinking you're trying to make yourself look better than them. Feedback is evaporating.

When giving feedback to your peers, there are various methods to consider, depending on the context and the objective. You can use formal or informal methods, verbal or written methods, direct or indirect methods, or individual or group methods.
