I would look for a good learning and knowledge management expert who can sift through CMS updates and payer changes as well as work closely with the analytics team to keep up with continuous changes, that are actionable for the organization and teams in the present. While cash is the life blood of the organization as a whole, knowledge is the life blood of RCM.
