When I worked with SPC, I used a lot the software for anlysis such as Data Lyzer, VTB and minitab, I think theses tool is very good to help us during the datas analysis for implement of the improvement in the process

The Pareto lives with us daily and is part of everything we do and of course indirectly influenced the annoying (yet true) commandment “work smarter, not harder”. If we apply it to our daily thinking then every minute of our day could be maximized to its full potential. We as humans all have the same 24 hours, though some treat each hour with different priorities. Or think of another quote in this case. Think of what Oscar Wilde once said of all of us being in the gutter, though some of us are looking up at the stars…

And if we want to take a step further, we can design our ‘attempt’ at what we are trying to achieve. And never forget the impact of your experiment. As Charles Darwin said, “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, not the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change”. We need to treat ourselves with this same philosophy when adapting to statistic software as if we ‘adapt’ with them as they evolve and update showing new ways to look at data, then we will be on the top of Darwin’s food chain.
