It's essential that safety programs be tailored to specific trades themselves. Different trades have different risks, but it's important to consider how one role effects another. For example, a carpenter wouldn't necessarily have to be knowledgable about lock out/ tag out protocols, but an electrician could seriously harm the carpenter if the precaution is overlooked. The same example can be applied to all aspects of job site (e.g. crane operators vs. ground labor, trench work vs. backhoe operator, etc.)

As each trade and more particularly, each potential client need training specific to their tasks, methods, and or equipment, every training service should offering a customized training program. Failing to provide a customized training program exposes clients to potential incidents and at minimum removes that program provider from potential revenue stream.

A specialized training which is suited to individual operations is the best way to go one stop shopping usually not best a site specific HASP where there order of operations and the safety PPE used

Lo ideal, es realizar capacitaciones con la mutualidad a la cual la empresa se encuentre afiliada, ya que cuentan con programas presenciales, de streaming, e-learning e incluso, con salas móviles de realidad virtual en donde trabajadores, supervisores y miembros del equipo pueden simular y/o actualizar procedimientos, técnicas y herramientas relacionados a la seguridad. Además, entregan certificados y diplomas para los participantes, potenciando así la cultura de seguridad, salud y protección de los trabajadores en la organización.
