In cloud the comprehensive Security scanning tools which reduce significant features to reduce and assess security risks are as follows :- 1. AWS :- Amazon Inspector :- Amazon Inspector continually scans AWS workloads, including Amazon EC2 instances, containers, and Lambda functions, for software vulnerabilities and unintended network exposure. 2. Azure :- Azure Defender :- It ensures Cloud Security Posture Management (CPSM) across Azure Network security , Permissions Management , Microsoft 365 Defender & Microsoft Sentinel . 3. GCP :- Web Security Scanners :-Web Security Scanner identifies security vulnerabilities in App Engine, GKE, and Compute Engine web applications. Managed scans run once a week, while custom scan also allowed .

Cloud Workload Protection (CWP) :- Multiple workloads safeguard 3. Integrated CNAPP Capabilities: Protect Microsoft 365 Defender , Network Security etc 4. Vulnerability Assessment for Azure :- Vulnerabilities scans in container images without requiring agents . 5. Risk Prioritization: Amazon Inspector assigns risk scores to prioritize remediation efforts, reducing mean time to remediate (MTTR). 6.
