Por ejemplo, es bien conocido que las rentas en Industria Vitivinícola son 30% aprox superiores al resto del mercado, esta información será vital para alguien que tenga una negociación en ese Mercado, de manera de “no dejar dinero sobre la mesa”, de otra forma podría cerrar un acuerdo y al poco andar sentirse desmotivado a ver que recibe menos que el Mercado, pero, de quien fue la culpa?… saludos!!

Muy de acuerdo, es importante entender las culturas de cada empresa y País, sobre todo en el momento de negociar, por ejemplo, en empresas norteamericanas se usa un estilo directo, es una negociación muy transaccional, al punto, sin mucho “sentimiento”, si les interesa tu trabajo negociarán y al cerrar volverán fríamente a lo que estaban, dando por cerrado el tema; en Países mas centroamericanos y latinos la negociación es mas subjetiva, y puede estar afectada del momento y sensibilidad de la otra parte, por lo que habrá que esperar el momento mas adecuado para abordar el tema y con el tino necesario.

La practica de documentar el paquete de beneficios es una muy buena y útil práctica, como toda negociación, es necesario formalizarla de manera de dejar aclarado y definido el paquete salarial negociado, de esta forma se evitan situaciones futuras que toda persona desea evitar, cómo justificar beneficios no dejados por escrito si la contraparte posteriormente abandona la empresa? O peor aun, si a futuro olvida lo negociado y lo niega? también es una práctica que habla fe partes que han negociado seriamente y de buena fé.
