What's the best way to choose an electronic engineering specialization for your career goals?

I love to be able to help customers solve their problems. Customers can see electronics as convoluted and unknown territory. I like to help them achieve their goals without getting lost in the technical nonsense. I believe it's important that engineers also spend time to become great communicators. All too often engineers are worried about showing how smart they are. In reality, it is our responsibility to be able really listen to our customers and provide feedback in simplified terms. Not all questions require complicated responses.

To answer this question, I would like to point out this sentence, that sometimes the image is more real than the truth. The best solution and help is not that we help the individual to choose the field of electronics and its specialized branches, but to recognize and introduce its different trends. Let's pay. And this will be one of the individual's reasons for choosing. Apart from creating a job image, we must reveal the effectiveness of different trends and the needs of society in different fields.

It varies based on interest and sometimes depends on your career growth i.e. if you've already started your career then specialize in same field as it will improve your skills and position in your company, however if you've mindset the opt for the same option. Apart from above now-a-days AI, robotics, renewables etc are the emerging markets so doing in specialization in any of these can be more suitable and recommended.

Specialization in Electronic engineering, the individual should be employee of electronics or electronics based manufacturing organization. The individual's education should be fully funded by the organization.

Not every electronics engineer is owning the comprehensive background in electronics , required to take off in the industry . Digital and analogue circuits may not be obtained.

Be patient, calm and relax while understanding the concerns and provide solution afterwards can bring a comfort zone in you job. Make the trackers for the tasks assigned to me to keep myself as well as my team up-to-date with current status. Detailed work and avoiding copy pasting from other projects make life easier and reduces the minor mistakes.

The most crucial field in electronics is sensors or transducers. A high output of transducer resembles a feedback of a malfunction or an indicator of threat . The progress in many fields is enormous while it is elementary in this field , especially it is related to the conflicts between USA and NATO against Russia and its allies.

Specialization varies person to person, as in start of my career I was hired at instrumentation and control department - so l learn Automation, Control, SCADA, programming PLCs etc as it helps me to grow in a company and bring value addition. Now in my other company it was start of the department so I used my skills for documentation improving project management skill, improved programming languages to create trackers etc.

Governments in the middle east do not rely on satisfying the demands of the community , but instead on heresies . So a most advanced speciality such as electronics with its software , firmware and hardware should be in the centre of interests of (( the political kitchen )). This business is very fragile and requires intensive care from them .

I keep in touch with my class mates working in different department to keep myself up-to-date with the innovations. I also remain in touch with my professors to keep on increasing in my knowledge. In addition I used to teach students of same background to keep my knowledge refresh and it helps me to learn more by answering the correct answers to concerns raised by my student.

I have changed my jobs couple of time in different work environment having different job responsibilities so I could experience multiple specialization. We i.e. class fellows now working in different sectors do have regular get to gather to discuss new innovation and explore multiple ideas with each other.

Choosing a specialization can be a very personal experience for engineers. Many times it is related to job opportunities and earning potential. Much less common (in my experience) is curiosity and interest, which I believe to the correct way to choose one.
