Skills to work in the field. You may have graduated from a good university with good grades. I don't think it means everything yet. As an engineer, you have to react to what's going on in the field even when you're in the office. The best solution for this is to have several years of work experience in the field.

Even in the operational phase of renewable energy facilities project management will play a pivotal role in the optimization of renewable energy systems, helping to maintain balance and maximize operations.

While this is true, additional training may be required in order to achieve these goals. The Power Engineer needs to update skills in order to better understand renewable energy systems as well as their benefits and challenges.
