What are the top BIM tools for architectural design and collaboration? To answer a question like this, an architect, engineer, or designer must take into consideration the purpose or, professionally speaking, the “scope” of the design. Are we creating an HVAC design product, infrastructure for a city, or a hydraulic dam, for instance? Every project requires its own calculations, drafts, and the best BIM tools. If someone asked me to suggest corporations that offer great BIM tools (and I hope this won’t be considered as an advertising suggestion), I would reply, ‘Read more about Autodesk and Bentley. And if you’re not familiar with Microsoft tools, take a look at them as well.’ Regards.

Zur meiner Person: Mein Beitrag in eigener Sache, ich bin als ehemaliger Kalkulator mit BIM konfrontiert worden, und aktuell in diesem Bereich sieben Monate in meiner Neuen Berufung t?tig. BIM Building Information Modeling; Anstelle Modeling passt Management gleicherma?en. Also mit welcher Methode / Software ist es m?glich Informationen für Entscheidungen bereitzustellen. Ich bevorzuge keine Software zu benennen! Wichtiger ist wie stelle ich Daten zur Verfügung. Open BIM-- IFC-, oder im Austausch BCF-Format. Daten in gleicher Art, mit gleichem Layer in einem Abgestimmten CAD-Format. Cloud basiertes Arbeiten als Grundlage für ein Gemeinschaftswerk im st?ndigen Austausch, zur Erfüllung der BIM-Ziele.

Les principaux outils BIM pour la conception architecturale et la collaboration incluent Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla Structures et Vectorworks Architect. Le choix dépend des besoins spécifiques, et d'après mes expériences, j'ai constaté que ArchiCAD et Revit sont efficaces pour la modélisation architecturale, tandis que Revit et Tekla Structures sont recommandés pour la modélisation structurale. Pour les aspects MEP, Revit est préconisé. Ces recommandations sont basées sur la facilitation de la collaboration entre les différents corps d'états et les spécificités de chaque secteur d'activité.

Les outils de plateformes collaboratives permettent de rassembler les modèles et données issues des outils de production capables de travailler en BIM (exports IFC, nomenclatures, etc...). On trouve notamment les outils Autodesk (BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud), Trimble (Trimble Connect), Kubus (BIM Collab), Solibri (Solibri Office)... Ainsi que d'autres acteurs, tels que Revizto, Mezzoteam, Bimono, Kroqi...

Nach Festlegung der BIM Ziel, -Kompetenz und Informationsqualit?t und damit verbundenen Informationsanforderungen ist eine effektive Methode das Cloudbasierte Arbeiten über Fachmodelle. Ein Datenaustausch herstellerneutral über IFC maschinenlesbar (mvdXML) als gemeinsame Datenumgebung. Abgestimmte Bauteilgeometrie und -materialien sowie auch andere Informationen (COBie) sorgen für eine funktionierende teilautomatisierte Prüfung.

W?hrend des Bauprozesses wichtiger Aspekt "Lean management Methoden; Denken im Ganzen für eine Nachhaltige und Wirtschaftliche Umsetzung. Um nach Fertigstellung ein Geb?ude noch effizienter zu gestalten, hilft vorab ein 6D-Modell, wo der Betrieb mit dem zu erwartenden Energieverbrauch eines Bauwerks zu simulieren, den Lebenszyklus zu betrachten, wann welche Bauteile getauscht werden müssen, hilft Kosteneinsparpotenzial zu identifizieren und falls erforderlich Korrekturen vorzunehmen. Besonders interessant finde ich, Bauteile m?glichst so einzubauen, dass Sie leicht ohne Abbruch zu trennbar sind. Erm?glicht eine bessere Widerverwertung an anderer Stelle und spart Ressourcen.
