Acredito que o melhor software seja aquele que você tem mais experiência. Todos s?o ótimos. Se você n?o tem experiência, na maioria das vezes, o escritório em que você for trabalhar vai solicitar um software específico, e as vezes, os parceiros já utilizam algum software que você terá que usar para receber os projetos complementares. Eu ainda incluiria o Blender a essa lista, que além de ser um software gratuito e já vem com o seu renderizador, também gratuito, já está sendo utilizado em BIM.

Before even starting cad...get some skill in manual and technical drafting the old fashioned way..pen, paper and a bunch of colors to do drafting and some sketch. Master the art of reading drawings and understanding them..then apply the knowledge to CAD. A very useful tool for anyone in architecture is Autodesk Autocad...from there you can venture into BIM and so on...grow and try 2 or more but choose an industry standard application so you can work easier with people or alone. And if time is on your side get Autodesk 3ds Max to visualize and present your work.

I agree with these comments but Revit/BIM are still having difficulties working with the complexities of the engineering industry in creating a building. Plumbing, HVAC and electrical drawings have too many different properties that bog down the regen times needed to coordinate with the structural elements & architectural elements. Contractors will agree with this opinion because once you see construction drawings made from Revit, you really can’t read the information all at once. Until contract documents include the use of a powerful computer while the construction workers are building the building, BIM/Revit will just be the current generation of drawing technology used by all parties involved in the construction of a building.

El trabajo de renderizado o visualizacion puede dividirse en varias etapas, y en base a ellas se deriva que sofware usar. En un comienzo, podemos utilizar herramientas asociadas a nuestro programa de modelo BIM, para no tener que salir de esa plataforma y obtener primeras imagenes de calidad media (V-Ray, enscape, vincular con Lumion o Twinmotion). En una etapa de dise?o mas fino, o interior o para exposicion de venta, debemos pasar a otra mas profesional, ya separandonos del modelo BIM. En esta instancia 3ds Max y V-Ray en lo que respecta a arquitectura es lo mas popular y versatil, seguido por 3ds Max yCorona, de excelentes resultados y menos complejidad. Blender y Unreal son muy buenas alternativas gratuitas.

Well CAD is obviously goof for 2D drafting. BIM has become essential for large project. Many structural projects have in built detail production but I still think like an old fashioned engineer that details need to be sketched and drawn out.

Como siempre digo, no hay uno o dos programas que nos resuelvan todas las situaciones en un campo tan amplio como lo es el dise?o arquitectonico. Pero si hay mejores softwares especificos para cada etapa, y de la combinacion de ellos sacamos provecho en la produccion. Al momento de comenzar y elegir por algunos de ellos, debemos tener muy en cuenta el contexto y si trabajaremos asociados con otras oficias/rubros, para estar dentro de la misma linea o flujo de trabajo.
