It will not be worth making improvements for a user who rides a Mercedes in the city because he will never drive a horse carriage. But this is very important for the farmer who constantly carries loads and earns his living thanks to his horse-drawn carriage, because all the products he will sell in the market are entrusted to this horse-drawn carriage along the way.

Creating user scenario maps determines the functional and target boundaries of the software and saves us from errors, authorization confusion and structural confusion. Creating this map and preparing it fully before each development will cause loss of time and cost. For this reason, it would be advantageous to create a special sub-line for the development, taking as a reference a detailed map prepared at the very beginning of the project. It is also possible to use these determined maps during the "Happy Path Test" during the testing phase.

I use a few simple interrogation techniques, like detectives in detective novels such as Sherlock these in order 1) WH questions 2) retelling the same scenario over and over again 3) Ask for details on where the described scenario technically intersects with other groups. 4) looking at its impact on decision mechanisms
