Just bare with me on this): 1) One with just Internal Teams to internal action items to which affect the whole program. 2) One with everyone - Contractors, Vendors, and Internal Teams to review program status and action items among. The first one is to go over what's needed within our own team and how to proceed forward to complete all action items on our end. Also as program managers, we often throw a bunch of data in various forms, be it in summarised pivot tables or via graphs, if we are feeling good on a particular day, at stakeholders who are often subject to information overload.
