1 Identify your emotions

Before you can manage your emotions, you need to identify them. What are you feeling and why? Are you anxious, frustrated, excited, or bored? How are your emotions affecting your performance and behavior on set? By being aware of your emotions, you can acknowledge them, label them, and decide how to act on them. Emotions are information. They are the technology nature gave us to understand the way we interpret and interact with our environment. The problem is that we have been taught that emotions are an "inconvenience" and make us look unprofessional. This is unhealthy. You need to feel it to understand what is the best response. (Feel it to heal it and accept it to transform it).

Ent?o no calor da emo??o, apenas sinta, identifique, converse com ela, para depois compartilhar o que aconteceu e como se sentiu com os demais. The good thing about Emotional Intelligence is that I don't need a manager to do so. In this case, you have to make sure to do the following even if you are a junior position: - Understand who you are and what turns your actions. - No tension in work, because simply everything has a key solution. - Try to be the key motivator in the place. - Empathy here is a good edge to have. - Encourage teamwork and always resist individual work. I see that is enough to promote a positive spirit in the workplace.
