What strategies can you use to streamline product design revisions?

One effective strategy I've employed to streamline product design revisions involves the implementation of an agile feedback loop. In one of the projects, we were developing a new consumer-oriented products, the product concept phase was proving to be quite iterative and time-consuming. To address this, I initiated a cross-functional team approach, bringing together folks from R&D, marketing, Sales, product testing and demand generation folks for regular meetings. During these meetings, we reviewed feedback from the testing and demand generation team to identify the critical aspects of product concept design. We also adopted a 'minimum viable product' (MVP) mindset, focusing on the essential features that would meet customer needs.

By working in parallel and outside of functional areas, cross-functional teams can make the development and revision process both faster and more effective.

I've experience that 100% percent relate with this statement. The 1st team is full of people with engineering bacckground. At first we got a lot of same strategy. But It's getting worse, we also a lot of blindspot that engineering field couldn't see. The next opportunity I've got a team combination with different expertise and different background and its more clearly effective
