By providing them with feedback and recognition, I have improved their performance and satisfaction. By doing these steps, I have encouraged my employees to take ownership and accountability of their tasks.

Automating and digitizing SMART goals has been a game-changer for me. Tracking individual and team progress becomes effortless, and monthly updates foster accountability, keeping everyone aligned with individual and organizational objectives. Cascading organizational goals down to departmental sections ensures everyone understands their role in the bigger picture.
