In my opinion, the nature of current age needs to develop some interactive platform for parents to better communicate. However, there would be a need for continuous forum management, discussion creation, articulating existing comments, and finally a knowledge management system to exploit insight from those discussions. Otherwise, it may lead to some futile challenge between educators and parents.
