To my mind the first thing which takes shape is to make the ‘program’ diverse, per se. Hence, I would first study the domain & associated risks, before anything else. Having done that, the next step would be to see the nature of the audience in terms of ‘diverse’ experiences, age brackets, verticals & competencies. This will help me to cluster the audience in groups where they can learn from their participants as well. The data collected should now form the “North Star” for preparing the curriculum. I would also keep adequate elbow space in the training program to cater for on-the-spot feedback as well as real life situations. Together, the entire group will be able to leverage institutional as well as individual knowledge.

The whole learning can be brought together in a game format where Students are put in teams and roles for each game session.
