I will strongly recommend that you also look into, before sharing anything from R&D perspective, be aligned with your stakeholders. Not everyone is keen on open innovation or even sharing top level coaching ideas for the technical team. It is important that you are aligned with critical stakeholders as some posts might be taken too sensitively by some.

Be consistent and reliable. If you start posting every day then fall off the face of the earth for months, I'll lose interest or more likely forget. But if you post twice a month, every month, I'll learn to expect to see you in my feed. (choose you intervals as appropriate of course)
