Now that you understand him, you will eventually understand what he or she wants from you. Be calm and humble because your boss is in a higher position than you, i.e. the position you want to achieve in your life, and consider how much hard work he would have put in. If you are having an issue in any situation, wait till he is free and calmly discuss your concerns. And, as far as I've observed, politesse solves most difficulties.
