To be honest , without stakeholders , project cannot be placed. Taking their engagements and participation prior of starting a project is mandatory. In this respect , we make each other responsible for all the progress and steps. should interfere them with proper report , information and news for any development to make them sure that everything in on the control and project will be done on due time .

What is the level of uncertainty in the project? If the level of uncertainty is high - give preference to cooperation rather than negotiation. This way all stakeholders will be on board with what is happening in the project and with any possible changes to the plan
