Without breaking out the spreadsheet, you get the sense of how many dollars of benefit you could get from team performance improvement. Now how much does it cost to train your leaders to drive that team improvement? When you compare the cost of training the team leaders versus the benefit from just a 1% improvement in the team, the investment return can look good fast.
