This is something I use in Stakeholder Centered Coaching. After the leader has developed the behavior and the action steps they'll be focsuing on, I use email automation to send daily reminders of the action steps they would be doing. I use a quiz tool that they land on when they click on a link on my email. I ask them to check off those that they did on that day. So, they receive this every working day of the intervention.
Using digital tools means you can meet your clients when and where they happen to be, whether it's on the walk to work or you're in two different countries. This includes the self-paced elements and the option for the client to find the right coach regardless of geographic boundaries.
