Adults, in particular, pose a greater challenge due to entrenched cultural norms that have been passed down through generations. Nevertheless, I would like to share an experience from my city known as the "Junior Environmental Guardians." This initiative is a publicly funded environmental education program aimed at teaching children about various environmental issues. The training lasts for one year and includes technical visits and environmental lessons.

Truck driver shortage is increasing challenge across many countries globally. Digitally savvy organizations engage Truck drivers well on objective performance parameters instead of conventional payment metrics like per trip, per day saving etc. For example, we helped fleet operators engage drivers more effectively through our IoT solution augmented by CSR. Through objective performance metrics e.g. diesel efficiency (KMPL), compliance to safety norms (over-speeding etc.) we help create driver specific performance data to engage driver effectively.
