Using certain digital platforms to find new ideas is extremely important. But it's important to remember that ideas are a bit ugly at the beginning. Just like a new baby. They need to be cared for and used. Therefore, it is just as important to use such platforms for ideas as it is to build an ecosystem on how to grow those ideas. This inevitably leads us to take integrated steps with the company's human resources policy and talent management. (i.e. Slack, Teams, etc.) Use these for quick uploads and fast turnaround deliverables (powerpoint presentations, videos, anything that needs a input from your team.) For longer projects like draft timelines for customers use email. Outlook is easier for tracking bigger propositions and synchronize times for online meetings. General rule of thumb, if you need input immediately use your organizations preferred communication, for longer propositions document it through email.

Measurable things like number of experiments, outcome positive and negative and relevant learning are added to knowledge base. Sometime one thing not working for a first department is solution for second department. Sharing learning is key and tagged attributes are usually thought provoking.

I would like to draw the attentions to an important point that if we practically 'add' our potential customers to our innovation team it would make sense in terms of the expansion of the market size as well as improving the adherence of the customers to the products. This is an initial idea which should be clarified and realized more before convertion to a high tech products marketing approach. The advanced form of this method would be encouraging the team/customers community to communicate to the company as well each other and give effective feedbacks.
