To Get this they need to identify the avenues to reduce Quality rejection both Inward and Outward and Warranty claims. As a manager of an ERP system made for running business operated by rural women entrepreneurs it was quite challenging yet successful how the entire resource planning from demand generation, procurement, daily production, delivery and bill generation was handled by more than 200 entrepreneurs on the system. Based on my experience in Automobile industry for a Decade Communication is the key element for getting the results achieved. There are many ways to track the result and monitor. Create a Plan and assign Task and responsibility and Single point of Contact for each WBS item Identify the task owner and Support Member Identify the Dependent task and sequence the task Fix the Target for each Task and follow up via Daily / Monthly and Fortnight meeting for different Individuals. Normally we will have Dash board and Online Visual Display board and other tools are available for regular Updates. We also have daily and weekly and monthly reports and Management Business performance review reports to track the performance There is a separate tools for Gap reporting and Issue fix reporting and Root cause analysis review, Pareto diagram for fixes .. All these are displayed and reviewed by Mgt. Even Suggestion for the fix will be awarded.. Managing Distractions and Interruptions:- This is inevitable in any of the activity. Generally Do not Disturb mode is used in Teams and other Tools. But it would be preferred to put in Silence mode for Mobiles and teams we can use Option as busy or some other comments. We have to set clear expectation to the project stake holders about the time line and deliverable. Most of the problems will get fixed in this approach itself.. We should follow clear office schedule and in between breaks for relaxation and also for refreshing events that can be even train the juniors or chatting with other members.. we need to identify how we can recharge our energy , it would be good even listening a very melody music also part of the schedule

Its critical to ensure bandwidth of key people and that they are dedicated to the program, and the project milestones get completed on time. It’s not either side’s responsibility, but a joint one! Often business stakeholders are busy in their BAU work and lacks time to push things ahead. Management’s vision to plan things ahead and ensure stakeholders are available, as planned, is very crucial. I’ve observed, wherever Steering Committee is more hands on in the program the success is largely assured.
