It is always important to invite a vast group of people to brainstrom possible solutions (evaluating outcomes is also vital). Some of the best ideas I have found during my working career is by listening to multiple point of views… really listening and caring for others opinion. When facing an opportunity bring to the table the people that are in the frontline… they will really drive your energy towards the solution.

Additional to above points having a good collaboration with all department team members is also crucial here, in an article I had read "to keep the team motivated and active, we need to sometimes create a virtual chaos and let the team work on the solutions". Similarly during our day to day activities we have understand from the colleagues various challenges they come across and how they solved them, this knowledge will support us in solving our problems easily considering various scenarios and definitely creating a virtual chaos ?? always support us in challenging ourselves in various different ways. By practicing this regularly our problem solving skills get sharp.
