UX is just about understanding. What are the primary Goals? What are the pain points? What are the end Goals? Where Users are ambiguous? So understanding the context will help UX designers to manage ambiguity in the most efficient way possible.

Absolutely, understanding the context of use is fundamental before diving into the design phase. The context provides the framework within which your users will interact with your interface. Knowing the purpose and goals of your product helps to align design choices with user needs. Identifying your users' preferences, needs, and expectations allows for more targeted and effective design solutions. Factors such as environmental and technical constraints also shape how users interact with your interface, so they shouldn't be overlooked. Tools like user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking provide valuable insights to define both the problem you're solving and the most suitable design solutions.

One of the tricks is to combine modalities. Apple's IOS is a perfect example. Their emergency system is adapted to different situations. A car crash could be different: - Small hit, an ambulance with pressing a few buttons on iPhone can take a look at your medical cart - Strong hit, hands are broken, you still can ask Siri with a voice to call 911 - The car is upside down, the sensor automatically detects that you got into a car accident and calls 911 The more scenarios you can cover, the better your product!

The usage of usability heuristics will enhance the experience from the very basic level. When we design an interface we will make sure these 10 heuristics are followed so that foundation of UX is set. More user satisfaction is achieved through finding the root problem and providing the solution in the UI level.

As a graphic-based UX/UI Designer, technology isn't my biggest strength. To make up for it, I would team up with developers or tech-based peers to discuss new technological trends or not-yet-popular techniques. Front-end developers are especially helpful. You can host brainstorming sessions with the team to propose your idea and collect feedback, following the basic "Rose, Thorn, Buds" technique if you've already got a direction in mind: (1) Rose: Ask the participants what they like about your idea (2) Thorn: Ask the participants what they don't like about the idea, some of the potential challenges and limitations (3) Buds: Ask them for recommendations and what they think can improve

I agree to all above, would like to add my 2 cents: It is important to keep user’s mental model in mind. While working with new technology or medium it may be tempting to discover completely new ways of interaction. But it will come with a huge learning curve. It might be a good idea to pin the new user interface experience with something that user is already familiar with. Example: Early digital designs used to mimic analog controls, slowly they transitioned to elements we see today.
