You need to step back and watch it from the perspective of the audience, not as an animator. This is where another person having eyes on it can help. They could catch something that slipped past because they have fresh eyes. Doing this early and often could save you from catching a mistake too late.

Every time a project gets finished you should celebrate yourself and your team. With so many sources of animation being streamed there is a push to get more and more animations out. There is also a push for higher and higher quality with shortened time frames. Finishing a project is a huge accomplishment. With every project you get better at your craft which means the quality will always get higher as you put out more quantity. To continue that growth you should get feed back from your team and other player that can analyze your process and then implement that feedback into future projects.
