Besides this there should be constant communication among teachers, parents, employers, community members with students. Imbibe in their minds that all the members of one family should be financially independent. So that they could be understand the importance of finances. Basic knowledge of finances should be given to the students. So that they have interest to grasp the knowledge of different occupations that can satisfy local needs. Vocational training should be related to their passion.

Evidence should demonstrate your value - not just time in role or your thoughts on your performance. Provide objective evidence Also, consider the function of the role you want. Do you want to execute those duties each day? While “moving up the career ladder” may seem exciting, you may wind up in a role that is unaligned with your passions and what you enjoy doing. Make sure you fully understand the day-to-day of the new role and want those responsibilities.
