Be sure to practice delivering your online training course as you would an in-person course. It's not copy/paste! Rehearse your lines, review the material multiple times, and do at least one dry-run where you can play it back to hear and see how it went, as if you were in the audience. Use the same level of scrutiny as if it were in-person.
